Founded by Ben Lyndsay, formerly at St John and award-winning gastro pubs who knows all about quality meats and have a solid understanding of toppings and sauces and it shows with my favourite ‘The Beast’ – two patties with bacon, brie, pulled pork and fried onions. No thin patties here, extra large, no skimping on anything, pick up those napkins, you’ll need them! Some people are put off by the humble burger van, but don’t be – you’ll be in for the biggest and best surprise possible, and left with nothing but greasy fingers and a smile.
You may also find that every time you go they have some crazy special going on – they like to mix it up – such as Asian Style Brussel Sprouts. Yup.

So we have tried to do it right. We use great English produce to make a really great Burger. We use rare breed meats and local suppliers wherever possible.
