Burger and Beyond have three famous burgers and they are usually served up from a converted 1970s Citroën van. The Cheese Burger with 45-day aged beef patty, double American cheese, pickled onion and smokey mayo (single £8, double £11); the Hot Mess with 45 day aged beef patty, pepper jack cheese, jalapenos and chipotle mayo (single £8, double £11); and the crowd favourite The Cliff with 90-day aged beef patty, Monterey Jack cheese, pancetta bacon and tarragon mayo (single £10, double £12).
The guys behind the grill are always super friendly and run a super smooth operation. Each pattie is temperature checked with a food thermometer to ensure the centres are cooked through, before being removed, fully laden, and placed carefully onto their corresponding lower half.
Oh, and a nice addition to all of this? The foodies behind Burger & Beyond run the farm that they source their meat from so premium beef is guaranteed. They’ve just setup a permanent residency at Street Feast in East London, so what are you waiting for?
